Why are crypto and cash transactions unavailable?
Heaps uses Prime Trust to process crypto and cash transactions on behalf of our customers. On June 22nd, 2023, we were notified by Prime Trust that the company has halted its services due to regulatory action by the state of Nevada. At this time, all deposits and withdrawal of cash and crypto are frozen on Heaps.
How do I access my crypto and cash on Heaps?
For Heaps users with a crypto or cash balance as of June 30, 2023: We have decided to make a voluntary accommodation to you by refunding the full value of your digital assets and cash reflected in your Heaps account, since we believe that there is significant uncertainty as to whether your assets will be recovered from Prime Trust.

For loyalty program participants with an existing reward code that has not been redeemed for crypto on Heaps, we will be following up with next steps to claim another reward of equal value soon. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Can I create a new Heaps account?
Heaps is not accepting new account registrations at this time.
What is the long-term plan for Heaps?
We are eager to share that we are developing Kigo - a new app that will use a new crypto services partner and feature an expanded selection of digital assets spanning collectibles, access passes, and artwork from your favorite creators, teams, and brands—in addition to cryptocurrencies—for redemption, purchase, and exchange. We expect this app will be available later in 2023 and we can’t wait to show it to you.
