- When you make a qualified purchase at a participating merchant or use Heaps to buy a digital gift card, Heaps is notified and displays the transaction on your account in a "Processing" status, usually within 1 business day
- Once Heaps received the cash reward from the merchant—which can sometimes take up to 60-90 days—the reward is added as "Pending" crypto back credit
